Kingstone Estate
Residential

The project’s aim was to create a green character within the estate. The main driveway, which is the welcoming feature of the development, was lined with palm trees to create an avenue effect, spiced with rose flowers on an ornamental grass lawn matrix. Owing to the fact that most occupants of the estate were young families with small children, a children’s play area was also created, featuring a sand pit, swings and slides. The project also featured a common park for relaxation of the other members of the estate. The common park also serves as a convening point for the estate residents.
