A key feature in this project is the creation of a usable space at the roof top for the residents. The client noted that there would be a limited outdoor space to be enjoyed by the residents therefore the consultants advised on the introduction of a rooftop garden. This helped in making the space functional and at the same time, reducing on the solar effect.
